Refund Policy

Effective Date: 27 February 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by DIG UP INDIA Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for services and products purchased through www.digupindia.com or via formal agreements.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

DIG UP INDIA provides customized technology solutions including software development, AI automation systems, CRM/ERP implementations, digital marketing services, and training programs.

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our services, payments once made are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Website Development

  • Custom Software Development

  • AI & Automation Systems

  • CRM / ERP Implementation

  • WhatsApp API Setup & Configuration

  • Performance Marketing Services

  • Consulting & Strategy Sessions

  • Business Coaching & Training Programs

  • Government Project Consulting

This includes advance payments, milestone payments, and retainers.


3. Project-Based Services

For project-based services:

  • Refund requests will only be considered if no work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled after initiation, no refund will be provided for work already completed.

  • Any approved refund (if applicable) will be adjusted against administrative and resource costs.


4. Digital Products & SaaS Tools

For SaaS tools, software licenses, and digital products:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • One-time purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted.

  • In case of technical errors preventing access, we will resolve the issue instead of issuing a refund.


5. Training & Courses

  • Fees paid for training programs, workshops, or skill development courses are non-refundable.

  • If a session is rescheduled by the company, access will be transferred to the new date.

  • Failure to attend does not qualify for refund.


6. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error:

  • The excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.


7. Service Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Client-side delays in providing content or approvals

  • Third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.)

  • Force majeure events

  • Government or regulatory delays


8. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved in writing:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

  • Applicable bank/payment gateway charges may be deducted


9. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances solely at the discretion of DIG UP INDIA Private Limited management.

The company reserves the final decision in all refund matters.
